Dstny is looking for a Hands on business Solution engineer. And not just anyone!

As a business analyst & solutions engineer you are responsible for supporting the other business analysts & Development team in the day to day operations of the organization, as well as pick up different tasks and projects within a fast growing organization.

What will you be doing?

  • Daily management and support of colleagues with the existing software & processes
  • Single Point of Contact for Destiny colleagues regarding existing software & processes
  • Creating & spreading knowledge within the team & the organization
  • Drafting Reports for Business & Management
  • Keep control of data within existing software & processes
  • Providing training on the tools used and the processes involved
  • You will work closely with the Business Analyst team for this purpose with a focus on company integrations & keeping control over the existing software, processes & data.
  • You report to the Head of IT

What do you need?

  • You can critically interpret the analyses of the BA Team and translate them into a workable solution.
  • You work in a highly analytical way, strive for the best results, and always put the question of efficiency and performance first.
  • You can carry out a project/tasks autonomously, but you also like to work together with colleagues
  • A passion for software, documentation and knowledge sharing
  • An analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • A healthy interest in how a company works from the inside out
  • Knowledge and experience in Excel (VLOOKUP) CRM, ERP or other “Business Supporting Software” is a plus
  • Knowledge and experience in SalesForce or Dynamics is a big plus
  • Knowledge of agile operation (Scrum) is an asset
  • Strong communication at different levels
  • Ideally master degree, with good language skills (NL/FR/ENG)
