Jr Account Manager FMCG Manufacturers
As Jr Account Manager, you will manage an existing portfolio of FMCG companies ( small to medium-sized ones) and report to a Sr Key Account Manager.

- Responsible for delivery of the quarterly targets based on assigned accounts and new business
- Working with the Senior Client Development Manager and other team members to ensure a suitable pipeline is in place for the solutions
- Working with the Commercial Team to ensure the sales cycle is managed and provided to the customer i.e after-sales care/renewal , as well as day-to-day operations and interaction with the client
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of the service solutions, including all features and benefits
- Collaborating with the Operations teams to support client service delivery
- Ensuring appropriate internal and external communication and reporting is in place to support your accounts
- Client interaction, including face to face meetings, to sell the product and support successful deployment
- Regular reporting on opportunity pipeline (via Salesforce system), revenue forecasting and consumption targets, both for personal opportunities and across the sales team
- Bachelor or University degree in Business Administration or Marketing or Communication
- Affinity for e-business & e-commerce or the FMCG sector
- Ideally a first successful sales experience, or the willingness to develop Account Management skills
- Organized and able to apply good time management
- Languages : FR/EN or NL/EN
