Roles & Responsibilities

You will function within the Deals team with an emphasis on providing valuation advice to clients active in different industry sectors.
The valuation advice will mainly include the valuation of businesses, shares and intangible assets (brands, customer relations,…) for various purposes (M&A, accounting, tax, internal reorganisations, disputes,…) and assisting clients with Purchase Price Allocations (IFRS 3) and impairment tests (BE GAAP and IAS 36).
You will collaborate closely with other team members, with the client’s Finance or M&A team and with other specialists (tax, legal, strategy…).
This is a great opportunity to get exposure to a diverse client base, ranging from from local start-ups over family businesses to large international corporates and to work on projects that often have a multidisciplinary angle. This way, you will be continuously challenged and experience a steep learning curve. You will be mainly based in the office with regular meetings at client sites, mostly on a national but sometimes on an international basis.

Skills & Qualifications

You already hold or will soon hold an advanced Master’s Degree in (corporate) finance, financial management,... A first working experience or traineeship in a relevant domain is considered as a plus.
While academic qualifications are important, there are several other main competences we highly value, including:
