The position

You will apply your skills to create content and help to shape our communication strategy. The ultimate goal is to convey our expertise to the world and educate potential clients and recruitees on the value Klarrio can offer. Key to the role is an ability to develop a thorough understanding of the full suite of the Klarrio domains of expertise, technologies, and the development and operational methodology.

You will grow to independently coordinate online and offline marketing campaigns amongst various internal and external stakeholders and analyze campaign success working with KPIs. But fear not, young Padawan: you will have a wealth of information, expert courses of your choice, and a whole team at your disposal to drive you to success.

Some examples of what to expect from your role:

• Developing and implementing creative marketing campaigns to promote Klarrio as a solution provider to our customers and as a preferred employer
• Prepping social media campaigns à la influencer, actively following and living the current social trends
• Copywriting (in English), in cooperation with a subject matter expert
• Preparing creative pitches for visuals, podcasts, and videos, and coordinating delivery
• Planning and coordinating offline events to raise brand awareness
• Analyzing campaigns and interpreting data to improve our communication tactics and strategy
• Actively discovering the latest marketing channels, tools, and approaches to reach out to target audiences

Ticking the boxes:

• Marketing or Communication degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in all kinds of social media (LinkedIn, Twitter,...)
• Strong capabilities and/or ideas in marketing influencing activities
• Familiar with blogs, vlogs, and storytelling
• Excellent English writing skills
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
• Content-driven attitude that takes customer acquisition and employer branding to the next level.
• 0-3 years of experience

Extra assets are:

• Experience or knowledge of big data, SaaS, PaaS, cloud computation, and specifically – open-source and streaming data technologies.
• 
  
• Dutch is a plus.
• Video editing skills are welcome
• Affinity with Technical, Cloud, and development concepts.
• Knowledge/experience of WordPress, AgoraPulse, Mailchimp, TikTok, Instagram, Pintrest, Reddit and/or creation of presentations
