From the food you eat, to the water you drink, to the medicines you rely on, Eurofins laboratories work with the biggest companies in the world to ensure the products they supply are safe, their ingredients are authentic and labelling is accurate.Job DescriptionThe Global Commercial Excellence and Client Satisfaction Team supports Eurofins in its objectives to achieve their organic growth targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Junior Consultant within this team, you will work on:Commercial Excellence- Driving the implementation of Group standard sales & marketing tools, systems & processes in local Eurofins scopes;
- Analysing best practice sales & marketing scopes and showcasing these in benchmark presentations; sales performance and linking it to Business Financial Performance;
- Defining and implementing the Group Sales & Marketing performance framework.
- Driving the implementation of Group standard Customer Satisfaction & service tools, systems & processes in local Eurofins operational scopes;
- Understanding & analysing the best practice scopes in customer satisfaction & customer service;
- Defining and implementing the Group Customer satisfaction & customer service performance framework.
- Responsible for the definition and deployment of our Group commercial transformation programmes in close cooperation with Group Executives and local managers;
- Act as an expert in your field and facilitate tailoring tools, systems & processes according to business needs whilst maintaining standardisation.
- Autonomously implement projects, liaising with stakeholders and directing activities within the project team;
- Define project planning, actions & milestones together with local stakeholders and project sponsors;
- Proactively communicate critical issues in order to realise business solutions without disturbing ongoing processes;
- Create training material & provide support on commercial excellence & customer service tools & processes.
- Support local sales management and sales force teams to design and deliver scalable analytics driving the business;
- Ensure we unlock the full potential of our Group CRM.
- Get exposure to Eurofins Group leaders to build your network;
- Grow with the team, coach and develop more junior team members.
