The Role
We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our data & insights team. Your primary responsibility will be to support business stakeholders with clear and actionable insights using Metabase. You’ll play a key role in helping our teams make smarter decisions based on real data.

What You’ll Do

Create and maintain dashboards and reports in Metabase
    Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to provide insights and performance tracking Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and platform trends Assist in A/B testing and experiment evaluation
  • Ensure data quality and help optimize internal reporting processes

What We’re Looking For

A degree in a relevant field (e.g. statistics, computer science, economics, or related)
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with Metabase (personal projects or internships are welcome) Good knowledge of SQL Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and grow within a data-driven environment Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus
  • Must be based in Belgium and able to work in our office in Grimbergen
