  • Follow up the service desk incidents and look for efficient solutions to solve incidents
  • Resolve current connectivity issues, access problems including password reset
  • Provide support for video conference, IP communication, On-line meetings, e-mails
  • Replace/maintain hardware components
  • Escalate incidents to next level specialist if necessary
  • Ensure proper execution of administrative tasks related to the Windows environment, telephony and network infrastructure
  • Map out continuously reoccurring problems and offer support when searching for solutions to ensure that problems can be avoided
  • Install and configure workstations and related devices for new employees
  • Install and configure printers for different departments
  • Install and configure all types of phones
