This is a unique chance to develop your Marketing and Communications career in an international digital services company. To support our business growth ambition in Belgium, we are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and proactive marketeer with a hands-on mentality.
Based in Belgium, you will team up with and report to the Head of Marketing and Communications in Belgium. You will be working on a wide variety of local activities such as end-to-end campaigns, digital marketing, events, content production, account-based marketing, brand awareness and public relations.
Your focus will be on Atos Belgium, but you also will be member of a dynamic regional (Benelux and the Nordics) Marketing & Communications team spanning 6 countries. You will as well be supported by the Atos Marcom Agency, an in-house agency servicing the worldwide marketing & communications community.
You will be working at least two days a week in our Belgian headquarter in Zaventem. You have the option to work at home.
Your key responsibilities
- Draft and execute the marketing & communications planbased on the strategy of Atos Belgium.
- Create, coordinate and evaluate end-to-end campaigns, which might focus on recruitment, a specific account/solution/sector or the Olympic & Paralympic Games Paris 2024.
- Develop a digital marketing approach and content feeding the Atos webpage and social media channels. Create a plan to educate and motivate Atos employees to become Atos ambassadors on social media.
- Event management: events driven by Atos (employee/client/advisor focused events), and /or organized in cooperation with a partner or led by another party (award events/trade fairs).
- Produce contentto support the sales community, such as Atos presentations, client references, solution documents, video’s …
- Support sales teams with account-based marketing during a bidding process: LinkedIn campaign, competitive analysis, graphic design work,
- Market Atos’ global brandstrategy in Belgium and reinforce the brand in an innovative way.
- Partner with the local public relations agency to engage with press stakeholders and to shape the public perception of Atos.

Who are you
- You have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication or Business Administration or similar like Marketing Management, Economics or International Marketing.
- You have experience in working within the IT/Tech industry or B-2-B marketing through earlier jobs or traineeships.
- You are fluent in Dutch or French, have sufficient knowledge of the other national language and an excellent knowledge of English, both in writing and verbally.
- You are an experienced user of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Being familiar with WordPress, Salesforce and offline/online marketing & communication tools is an advantage.
- You have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and are able to keep your focus in an agile and dynamic environment. You are organized and able to manage multiple projects independently on time and within budget.
- You have a creative mind, very good social, communication and presentation skills.
- You are a team player, proactive and interested in working in an internationally oriented environment.
- You love to learn, explore new horizons and interact with various functions within an organization.
