Our Client is a multinational Japanese company specialized in high technology products such as sensors, microscopes, laser markers and vision measurement systems. The company is a global leader in automation industry responsible for delivering high-precision and innovative products to companies worldwide. As Marketing Officer you will join our dynamic and international marketing team in our HQ in Mechelen You will support them and our sales teams across 10 European countries.

The activities include:
  • The planning and execution of the marketing strategy for our different product lines.
This includes tasks such as market research, creating promotional materials, leads management, web optimization, CRM data management, collaboration with external agencies, and much more.
  • The planning and execution of our participation in B2B trade fairs
This includes tasks such as contacting different organizers in order to increase our presence, ordering necessary materials, designing a strategy and defining targets, making sure that the predefined goals are achieved, and much more.
  • The planning and execution of our e-mail marketing activities.
This includes tasks such as implementing different emailing campaigns and keeping track of the results, maintaining our database of customer details, supporting the development of different emailing strategies and making improvements where needed.
  • Throughout all these activities, you will be in direct contact with different stakeholders inside and outside of the company.
Profiel Who are you?

  • A high interest in learning more about B2B marketing
  • An educational background or first working experience is considered a plus
  • A strategic mindset with an ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of English (Business Proficiency)
  • Fluency in any of the following languages: Czech, Dutch, French, German, Hungarian, Polish, Romanian, Slovak
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
