We are passionate about helping companies make their business plans work. We built a partner collaboration solution used by amazing customers such as Atlassian (Trello, Jira, Confluence, etc), KPN, Alcatel Lucent etc.
One of the coolest things about your job will be to co-create features with some of the hottest Silicon Valley SaaS tools out there. Over the last months, we gained tremendous traction in a new market segment and we have the opportunity to become market leader with our product. We want you to write product history with us!
Your mission in the Product team will be to help defining the product vision, understand the market and ship new features into the existing platform.
It will be fast-paced with a lot of interaction with customers, users, product managers, developers etc. This means we need you in house at least a couple of days per week.
You will work closely with Kamelia (Product Owner) and Mélanie (VP of Product) and you’ll be in direct contact with them to understand the user needs and communicate requirements to the development team. Additionally, you’ll be working with all team members (account executives, marketing executives, and the CEO) to complete customer-centric projects.
Key responsibilities
To reach your goals, you will be working in an Agile environment, and you’ll assist our team to:
- Participate in scrum meetings, including sprint planning, daily stand-up, backlog refinement, and more.
- Test new ideas with customers and prospects in making prototypes with our designer and leading users testing sessions.
- Understand the needs of customers or stakeholders and transform them into requirements and specifications for development.
- Follow-up with the different teams to make sure that new features are ready to be launched (features developed according to specifications, documentation ready, quality check done, user metrics defined).
- Maintain the product backlog and sort items according to priority.
- Work with UX/UI designers to keep developing a user-friendly tool.
- Participate in the roadmap definition by landing existing goals and identifying new opportunities based on trends and market demand.
- Track the usage of our product.
- Write documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
What we are looking for:
- Knowledge of product development methodology (product life cycle, agile methodology, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills; you’re looking for creative solutions and are willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Team player
- Curious and have good communication skills
- Pay attention to details
- Interested in the tech industry, or have previous tech experiences
- English understanding and writing skills – French or Dutch is a plus
- IMPORTANT: You can be present in our very cool offices at Wework Botanic (2-3 days a week)
