We are looking for a Junior Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities.

The role of the Junior Sales Executive is to discover and pursue new sales prospects, present our software to prospects, negotiate deals and maintain customer satisfaction.

Activities & responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities
  • Set up meetings / product demos with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with sales management to develop and grow the sales pipeline
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Qualifications

  • English and French speaker with full professional proficiency (both written and spoken)
  • Experienced from 1 to 2 years as a Sales Executive or relevant role OR graduated from a business school
  • Organized, able to work according to priorities
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Competitive and self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
