The European Union Sales Team takes a lead role in the origination, pursuit and closure of opportunities that provide business value and answer the needs of our European Union clients.
Your job
In the Belux Health and Public Service and specifically the European Union Account Team, you will work as part of a team of Sales to capture our top opportunities with emphasis on opportunity origination, qualification and capture. Your key responsibilities:
- Work closely with Belux and Gallia sales leadership and client account leads to provide support to deal teams as they bring innovative solutions to our clients as a critical member of the pursuit team
- Build sales acumen, learn the Accenture suite of offerings, and how we sell big deals at the C-level
- Contribute to account sales targets by supporting growth initiatives
- Drive the adoption and implementation of the sales execution process
- Manage a robust team with diverse skill sets around the sales process, including engagement of the necessary support resources (legal, graphics, pricing teams)
- Oversee the management of the pursuit close plan, ensuring overall group success and client value creation under dictated time constraints

Accenture BeLux Health and Public Service (H&PS) practice helps public sector organisations such as EU and Belgian governmental institutions to embrace innovation and transform fast, enabling them to operate smarter, achieve more and deliver improved services for citizens. H&PS is a welcoming community which performs both sales and delivery-related tasks for our business and our clients.
As a Sales Analyst, you will be working closely with your colleagues from the H&PS community including other sales executives, proposal writers, solution architects, and subject-matter experts from across Accenture.
Your background
- You’re graduated with a Master’s degree in business, marketing, international relations, or a related field.
- Strong passion for sales and a desire to build a career in sales within consulting for the public services and EU sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Fluent in English; good knowledge of French or Dutch is required.
