Job Description

As lab analyst , you will work on service requests for our client.
This includes:

• Support liquid state NMR for routine sample preparation & analysis
• Prepare sample solutions aimed at being analyzed by CD and UV spectrophotometry, size-exclusion chromatography for the characterization of the higher-order structure of oligonucleotides and peptides in support of IPC robustness testing of API-SM and DPD (API, drug substances, drug products, formulation concepts, in-process control samples) under direct guidance or written protocols.
• Support the preparations for routine tests on chromatography
• Providence of information about potential technical/scientific challenges and risks, prioritization or resources conflicts and makes suggestions to resolve or mitigate these issues/challenges and risks.
• Review, interpretation and reporting of the obtained analytical data.
• Ensures that applicable guidelines, established operating procedures and safety regulations adhering to company work standards are being followed
• Follow-up sample management.

Qualifications

• You hold a bachelor degree in Science
• A first relevant experience with chromatographic , analytical techniques (UPLC, HPLC, LC-MS) is an asset
• Good analytical skills required
• Fast-learning, analytical mindset
• Ensure high scientific quality standards for experiments and take on responsibility for these experiments.
• Customer focus and a sense of urgency
• Self-Awareness & Adaptability
• Technical and accurate
• Fluent in English, knowledge of Dutch is an asset
• Desire to work in pharmaceutical discovery environment
