  • Laboratory Coordinator – Leading Biotechnology Organization – Immuno-oncology therapeutics**
Planet Pharma are a rapidly expanding organization working with a leading biotech, who are looking for a Lab Coordinator to join their team managing its Research and Development Laboratory. This company is based in Belgium and specializes in immuno-oncology therapeutics for cancer patients.Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and set-up the organization of the laboratory, look for improvement strategies related to ergonomic, safety and efficiency.
  • Ensure the lab is cleaned/sanitized and kept in orderly manner.
  • Ensure the equipment/facility is operational by setting up maintenance/qualification contracts, following up in case of equipment failure, coordinating technical interventions, tracking issues/interventions on equipment.
  • Participate in the review, purchase, installation, and personnel training on new lab equipment.
  • Take part in the design and set up of new infrastructure.
  • Managing commercial relationships with supplier, and negotiate prices.
Requirements
  • Bsc or Msc in Biology, Microbiology or a related field.
  • Experience in a laboratory environment. Dedicated and detail-orientated.
  • Excellent oral and written French and English.
