To strengthen our team we are looking for an experienced and driven Lead Mechanical Engineer with a passion for engineering and quality assurance.

Are you an experienced engineer with a strong background in manufacturing processes? Do you have an analytical and solution-oriented mindset and are you ready to play a key role in the development of innovative mechanical solutions?

Your responsibilities

  • Develop2D/3D conceptual designs based on P&IDs and layout specifications.
  • Coordinateand directdrawing work for mechanical components and installations.
  • Writingdetailed technical specifications and work instructions.
  • Ensurecompliance with norms, standards and regulations.
  • Managingthe detailed design process from conceptual approval to final product.
  • Overseequality control and monitoring of the production process up to Factory Acceptance Test (FAT).
  • Drivecontinuous improvements with methodologies such as DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control).

Your profile

  • Master’s degree in Electromechanics or equivalent through experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of production techniques in metalworking, including welding and machining.
  • Experience in writing technical specifications and work instructions.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in quality control processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on mentality.
  • Communicative strong and able to work efficiently with different teams.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both oral and written.
