Overview

The regional infrastrcuture delivery team is looking for a Lead regional infrastructure in europe to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

Role

In This Client-facing Position, You Will
  • Provide operational support for MasterCard’s environment with an emphasis on infrastructure and transactions technologies
  • Overseen regulatos relationship within the operaiton and technology environment

All About You

The ideal candidate for this position should:
  • Manage assigned regional projects, which include responsibility for planning; time and cost Manage Customer & Regional Incident Communication and handle level 1 escalations with vendors, and internal application owners.
  • Proactive operational analysis at multiple level (network, customer, product, application )
  • Perform Incident Root Cause Analysis, ensure effective resolution and corrective steps are incorporated.
  • Help reduce Incident Impact/duration and report on the overall health of the Network in the region.
  • Identify and Improve network diversity & resiliency in collaboration with vendors and internal engineering teams.
  • Support Presales, new depolyements and post deployment activities within the region including capacity analysis of large scale projects.
  • Ensure an operating excellence in the region by performing
  • Proactive operational analysis at multiple level (network, product, application )
  • Oversees of major incident resolution and lead the improvement plan
  • Manage customer communications
  • Develop documentation to support the operating environment
  • Be communication with partners, customers and stakeholders
  • Be knowledgeable in our payment industry standard
  • Develop and Support our relationship with our regulators insitituation for operational and technical quesiton..
  • Partner with cross-functional support teams in improving the proprietary tools and systems.
  • Provide White Glove Support for Critical Care Customers.
