Responsabilities:

Support in the implementation and further development of methods and standards in the field of "Lean Management";
Support, moderation and management of Lean implementation projects and initiatives;
Implementation of optimization projects together with those responsible in the specialist departments;
Definition, introduction and regular adjustment of standards and KPIs, together with the plant management;
Training and qualification of employees at all levels in Lean philosophy, improvement, problem-solving techniques and statistical methods, with a focus on Six Sigma methodologies and tools;
Educate and train Yellow and Green Belts within AstenJohnson;
Identifying the need for action to initiate change processes and inspire innovation.
