Join us in driving progress in the working world and beyond.Your journey with usAs aLearning & Development Consultant you will work on different assignments at various clients to support them in a diverse set of L&D and Talent challenges. To name a few, projects may be about running the daily L&D operations & administration, playing a role as L&D partner, helping to set-up a new competency framework, setting up leadership or development journeys or implementing a Learning Management System. Depending on your seniority and maturity level the projects you will be staffed at, will differ in scope and complexity.Let’s Talk About You
  • You have built up a strong interest & knowledge for your profession during your Bachelor or Master in Educational Sciences, Human Resources, Economics or Psychology or any other HR related field;
  • You have at least 2-6 years of relevant professional experience in Learning & People Development;
  • You have knowledge of the most common used learning methodologies, tools and Learning Management Systems;
  • A changing & dynamic context gets you energized;
  • You have a flexible and customer friendly personality, you are able to work in a team, build relationships and gain credibility at every level of the organization;
  • You are able to express yourself fluently in Dutch, French and English.
