About The Learning & Development Coordinator Position At Showpad

As part of this team you will be responsible for providing support across L&D Leadership and Employee development portfolios. You will manage the L&D learning platform (Showpad University) and be the first point of contact for the learning related queries.

As a Learning & Development Coordinator you will report into the L&D Manager which is located in Ghent, Belgium. We are building a global, result-driven and collaborative L&D team that consists of the L&D Manager, the L&D Specialist and this role.

Key Responsibilities for the Learning & Development Coordinator at Showpad
  • Managing the internal training platform (Showpad University)
  • Creating and maintaining the L&D offerings catalogue
  • Working closely with the L&D team members organising learning initiatives
  • Coordinate and manage training requests
  • Establish processes related to the learning management system
  • Monitor and report the L&D initiatives effectiveness
  • Commit to continuous learning and innovation
Required Skills for the Learning & Development Coordinator at Showpad
  • Passionate about the Learning & Development/Talent Development with a previous first experience in HR, Project management or a similar role
  • Training management
  • Strong communication skills with an interest in writing compelling internal communication
  • Analytical thinking with a solution finding approach
  • Planning and organisational skills including time management
  • Team player with a proactive, enthusiastic attitude that works cooperatively and effectively to accomplish a common goal
  • Fluency in English

  • Previous experience with e-learnings and/or learning management systems
