We’re excited to meet you!Job PurposeThe Manager, Legal Transformation will assist with executing and managing the global Legal Department´s transformational strategy to build or change processes and structures to enhance the Legal Department’s ability to deliver value to the business. This person will use quantitative data and qualitative information to help identify transformation opportunities and for managing and delivering projects to execute against those opportunities. This person will interact with members of the global Legal Department and senior leaders across the business globally and will assist with large-scale change across all legal business functions, leveraging legal best practices to deliver more effective and efficient ways of working and driving ongoing scale and growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to translate strategic objectives into logical workstreams and initiatives and drive implementation plans to achieve complex goals. Working in a highly-matrixed organization, this role requires building relationships and coordinating across multiple departments and regions. The role reports to the VP, Global Legal Transformation.Responsibilities- Participate in and manage the delivery of global transformation projects.
- Assist with change management and roll-out of transformation projects.
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to help identify transformation and process improvement opportunities.
- Continuously improve rolled-out projects, using quantitative and qualitative data.
- Engage with global Legal Department members and business leaders globally across functions to drive transformation.
- Liaise with external parties such as consultants and external legal counsels, as required.
- Work with technical resources to design and deploy visualizations and dashboards to facilitate senior management decision making.
- Engage with business leaders and key stakeholders to validate and assess value of projects and to reprioritize to meet legal and business needs as required.

- >5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience
- Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Possesses basic data entry skills.
- Able to use common office equipment.
- Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
- Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Able to demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
- Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
