L&H building manager Brussels

Ensure the maintenance and safety of equipment and infrastructure. To do this, plan and supervise maintenance activities, manage internal and external teams.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:.
  • Provide regular functional reporting to the L&H Region / Country Manager
  • Compliance & EHS: mastery of regulatory maintenance by recurrent controls then appropriate reconditioning. Ensure a safety work environment through regular inspections into premises and during construction works.
  • Ensure efficient management of requests (tickets) until they are closed
  • Ensure the perfect state of cleanliness of the premises
  • Ensure the proper functioning of the equipment (printers, projector, dynamic screens, etc.)
  • Be the site security contact in coordination with the security officer(s), drive and organize physical access management
  • Carry out the mandate of the inter-company restaurant, organize and lead the catering commissions
  • Organize and develop arrangements of space and workspace
  • Schedule and manage monthly meetings with managers and/or their assistants regarding life in the building
  • Keep a regular contact with the FM Manager (if there is one)
  • Build and maintain a privileged relationship with the property management company nominated by the landlord, be influential
  • Keep a regular contact with the work council bodies and take part in the quarterly meetings
  • Consolidate and monitor headcount growth in relation with business units, Workforce Management and Human Resources teams
  • Maintain the documentation database and repositories
  • Communicate on business highlights and events and manage displays and broadcasts from the Communication Department
  • Renew the ISO 14001 and ISO 27001 site certifications, support and renew the implementation of the company mobility plan
  • Manage the extension projects from the financial presentation until the delivery and employees move
  • Define the budget, specifications and timeline
  • Organize and drive internal project and external site meetings
  • Ensure work compliance
  • Ensure proper execution of regulatory controls
  • Participate and be an active contributor to the L&H project reviews worldwide
