We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our Local Marketing Team team as a Local Marketing Assistant. This is a temporary contract of around 5 months. As a Local Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in centralizing administrative tasks, managing budgets, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting the Marketing and Sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Centralize all invoices, create purchase orders, compare them with the allocated budget, and ensure timely payment follow-up
  • Monitor project budgets by creating individual Excel files, comparing the allocated budget with the actual expenditure at the end of each event or project
  • Manage the approval process for invoices, contracts, and other relevant documents. Follow up with suppliers as necessary
  • Conduct supplier research for branded items, monitor order progress, and handle invoice coordination
  • Coordinate product orders and maintain close follow-up with the warehouse
  • Provide support to the Marketing and Sales teams in coordinating surveys
  • Assist the Marketing team in prospecting, researching, and planning events and communications
  • Support the Marketing team in executing social media strategies and initiatives
Your profile
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and thrive in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines
  • Proficient in performing administrative tasks, showcasing good organizational skills
  • Possess a creative and “think out-of-the-box mindset”
  • Fluent in English, all other European languages are a plus
  • Strong dedication to being a team player, actively contributing to the success of the team and the organization as a whole
