TMHE Logistics, part of TMHE, is operating spare part and forklift distribution covering the full supply chain process from purchase to final handover of the goods to technicians, dealers, and customers. The company has 5 sites across Europe from where we operated with more than 200 colleagues to serve customers over the globe.

Your Role:

We are searching for a Local Quality Assurance Assistant for TMHE Logistics’ Central Warehouse, located in Willebroek (Antwerp), to help us implement and maintain a new ISO 9001:2015 compliant Quality management system.

You will support the TMHEL Quality & Sustainability Senior Manager in QMS implementation and related change strategy:

• Being accountable for the local management of the TMHEL QMS for WLB warehouse
• Capturing information & feedback from local peers
• Escalating potential issues to help resolve them
• Answer to questions and concerns from local peers about QMS system, QMS processes and QMS IT Platform
• Act as local QMS Ambassador, promoting, coaching, and supporting the transition

Your Challenge:

Reporting to the TMHEL Quality & Sustainability Senior Manager, your main challenges will be related to the implementation and the maintenance of an ISO 9001:2015 compliant Quality management system in TMHE Logistics AB:

• Performing process mapping for Willebroek warehouse operational processes, integrating it in the QMS IT Platform
• Working on the update/definition of related QMS procedures common to all TMHEL warehouses network
• Working on the local update of existing working instructions and on operational processes control considering also concurrent SAP ERP roll-out
• Supporting the implementation of QMS IT platform
• Collaborating in internal / external local audit activities planning and updates
• Conducting the audits in WLB central warehouse
• Keeping the progress of the audits, monitoring the closure of corrective actions and their effectiveness
• Participating to the local performance monitoring, measurement, analysis, and evaluation
• Collaborating in the management review inputs collection
• Improving continuously the suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the TMHEL QMS

Your Profile:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in management or Logistics is a plus or knowledge through a relevant work experience;
• 3 years of experience in structured logistics or industrial organizations driving Quality Management Systems and Certifications is a plus
• Training and facilitating skills, good communication skills with the ability to encourage and influence others, ability to facilitate effective discussions or workshops
• Able to flag issues with the aim to make problems visible to solve them
• Self-motivated character, able to find ways to accomplish autonomously assigned goals
• Fluent Flemish and English are required.

Location

The postion is at our office in Willebroek, Belgium, with the possibility to work remote sometimes during the week. Occasional short travels within EU are expected.
