Job Purpose and Impact

Vous intégrerez l’équipe Transport & Logistique / Supply Chain du site de production d’Haubourdin (Production d’amidon et de ses dérivés obtenus à partir de maïs), interviendrez sur la gestion administrative des activités du département et vous assurerez de la bonne exécution des tâches dans le respect des procédures. Cela comprend la gestion des données, l’établissement de rapports et leur analyse, la gestion des budgets, l’exécution des expéditions, la mise à jour des systèmes ainsi que l’analyse et le reporting des activités.

Key Accountabilities
  • Efficient administration of Import & export shipments (outside the EU).
  • Regular contact with outside parties (logistics services providers, carriers, export agents and toll processors).
  • Auditing of logistics services provider, toll fillers & processors and external warehouses to ensure that agreed procedures are followed. Preparation and control of reports on costs and activities of external parties.
  • Contribute to developing, maintaining and executing regulatory compliance procedures.
  • Solicit, collect and organize documentation and data, performing routine data entry into one or more systems.
  • Plan, manage and review production operations to achieve output and quality objectives.
  • Perform administrative or clerical duties in support of the shipment execution process, completing tasks using industry standard procedures.
  • Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
  • Minimum of four years of related work experience
  • French and English fluent
