EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
Essential Qualifications/Experience:
· Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 2 years post-related experience, or a secondary educational qualification with 4 years post-related experience
· Vocational Training in Supply, Logistics or Supply Chain Management

Desirable Qualifications/Experience:
· Knowledge of NATO Logistics Regulations
· Practical experience in the use of PC based NATO resource management tools
· General knowledge of ADP and telecommunications assets
· Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements
· Practical experience in the use of working with ORACLE Database software or any other equivalent

DUTIES/ROLE:
· Maintain of NCI Agency CIS Assets Property Accounting Records within CSU AoR in LOG database
· Enable Customer requirements within Service Level Agreements (SLA)
· Support Annual Inventory Inspections in close coopeartion with LOG staff and Account Holders within CSU AoR
· Process Requisition, Receipt, Storage, Distribution, Exchange, Movement and Disposal of CIS Assets within the CSU AoR
· Cooperate with technicians to ensure that the correct CIS equipment is requested to satisfy the user’s requirement
· Monitor the process of deliveries/shipments of goods/services to/from Warehouse, check for quantity and quality, label, issue to End-of-User
· Liaise closely with internal LOG Section Head and LOG staff and provide assistance as required
· Conduct own work to meet quality targets
· Investigate and resolve issues in a systematic approach
· Maintain sound knowledge in the area of work
· Assist his/ her superiors and recommend solutions
