Job Summary

Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Logistics Assistant to join our Laboratory team. This position will work in a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Responsibilities

You will be working for a Central Laboratory- CRO /Logistics Centre providing services to the Clinical Trial Industry. Basic knowledge with logistics/transport in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry or logistics. Basic understanding of Dangerous Goods and Customs Procedures is more than welcome.

Job Duties
  • Picking & Packing clinical supplies
  • Shipping and Transport coordination of supplies
  • Warehouse activities
  • Maintain inventory updated; and
  • Coordinate shipments with other Medpace & Other labs.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Logistics experience is welcome;
  • Basic knowledge of transport activities;
  • Basic knowledge of Dangerous Goods regulations is always welcome;
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft® Word and Excel;
  • Team-worker and detail-oriented with good time management skills; and
  • Fluent in English.
