We are a European team - a fast-growing trading and e-commerce company. We have our products produced worldwide under our brand and distribute them Europe-wide to our key accounts (B2B) as well as on marketplaces (like Amazon and BOL) or directly to our end customers (B2C) via our online stores.

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support and be able to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Tasks
  • Providing administrative support
  • Handling purchasing and procurement
  • Assisting with accounting and bookkeeping tasks
  • Conducting prospecting activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files
  • Handling customer inquiries (Telephone, Emails)

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support or related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
