An international consulting company located next to the airport of Zaventem! The company is easily accessible by public transport. Within the company, you will work for a dynamic team and assist one of the Managing Directors.

Job Description

As a Management Assistant, you will be responsible for:
  • Administrative support to one of the Managing Directors
  • Travel management and coordination of meetings
  • Writing reports and translations (FR/EN)
  • Ensuring the proper coordination of the office (ordering office supplies, facility management, mail...)
  • Organisation of internal events
The Successful Applicant
  • You have a bachelor’s degree or some experience in administration
  • You are fluent in French and English and have a basic knowledge of Dutch
  • You are proactive, rigorous and organised.
  • You are good at prioritising.
