• In-depth understanding of various operations and logistic processes
• Work floor experience
• Advanced personal leadership skills such as self-awareness, effective communication, and collaboration
• Project management expertise, including active participation, leadership, and timely delivery of assigned projects
• Continuous Improvement/ Lean thinking knowledge
• Comprehensive knowledge of our WHMS (Warehouse systems) and technologies
• Engineering, Automation and Innovation expertise, including analyses, investigation and designing logistic concepts and processes.

Your Skills And Experiences

• A Master’s degree in Economics, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or similar.
• About to graduate or have less than 2 years of working experience.
• A born communicator, with an analytical mindset.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Dutch. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Willing to work flexible hours.
• MS Excel proficient.
