The Life Cycle – Change Control (LC-CC) Workstream Lead Will Coordinate All Activities Related To The Technical Life Cycle Management (until Completion Of The Technical Transfer) Of Divested Assets In The Divestment Business Unit & SP (DBU) Portfolio
  • Develop the LC strategy by leading the Technical Life Cycle Team and preparing business cases &budget
  • Implement the LC strategy with internal / external stakeholders, through the implementation committee
During the divestment early phases, the LC-CC Lead might support the deal team by providing ad

hoc input during the third-party due diligence and negotiation processes (set-up of the divestment legal framework with Buyer). The LC-CC Lead will manage the LC-CC team composed of LC-CC key account coordinators, ensuring a consistent application of divestment processes across the DBU & SP assets portfolio. The LC-CC Lead will be the contact person towards the Buyer supply expert counterpart and ensure reporting / escalation to the respective internal and external governing bodies

  • Responsible for the overall coordination of LC-CC deliverables arising from the asset transfer and/or transitional services agreements with Buyer
  • Acts as a single point of contact/interface between GSK and Buyer for matters related to the LC-CC
  • Leads internal / external governance meetings:
    • Lead (bi-)weekly DBU LC-CC staff meetings: track progress against KPI for the different projects
    • Represent LC-CC in DBU & SP asset weekly meetings with Asset Lead: report achievements, risks & issues, trade-offs, next steps
    • Leads other LC-CC-related internal and external meetings (e.g. technical meeting with Buyer)
  • Manage a team of LC-CC coordinators
    • Ensure team members roles & responsibilities are well defined (including back-ups), ensure visibility within and outside the DBU & SP on the team’s remit
    • Onboarding: ensure fit-for-purpose welcome packs and training matrix are available, all coordinators have the required information to fulfil the job mission
    • Set-up regular 1/1 meetings with coordinators to track progress, provide leadership, coaching & challenge and discuss possibilities for development (additional training, responsibilities, possibilities for job rotation)
  • Continuous improvement:
    • The LC-CC Lead will adhere to DBU & SP golden processes, suggest improvements to current policies based on lessons learned
    • Customize ways-of-working, processes, communication channels to Buyer needs

Basic Qualifications

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
  • Relevant Master degree and 5 years in pharmaceutical industry, by preference vaccines (operations management, supply chain management or equivalent)
