Job Purpose:The purpose of this role is to lead development and/or implementation of the Talent Management programmes, processes and tools across assigned market. The role will focus on project and change management as well as communication of the Talent Management initiatives within the Talent Management team, HR and wider business. The talent management areas in which this position provides regional support includes, but is not limited to, training and development, performance management, talent review, succession planning, employee engagement. The incumbent of this role will also be responsible for delivery and facilitation of training initiatives across assigned market.Accountabilities:The main accountabilities for this role of Manager, Talent Management Europe consists in Leading implementation of global and pan-European initiatives. Facilitating trainings and being the representative of the respective region in global and European project management workstreams. This Talent Partner role will also be the first point of contact for the HR teams within assigned market. Communication of the Talent Management initiatives to the key stakeholders in assigned market. This role will also be seen as a business partner who will work with groups and also be verysolution oriented. There is also overseeing of up to 2 direct reports.Knowledge Skills And ExperienceTo really make a difference in this role some of the skills necessary are minimum of 5 years of experience as a Talent Partner, L&D or a similar role. The ideal candidate possesses very strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills. Also, proactive leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive. Have a well-developed understanding of the L&D space, be an effective communicator and an active listener. The ability to convince and lead people in an ethical way, Experience in succession management and efficiently exhibit the ability to besensitive to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others, which in turn will build strong, solid, effective working relationships with others. The ideal candidate should possessstrong data analysis skills, be able to create and presentformal presentations and communicate with all levels of management. Lastly but not least have the ability to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency in addition to having strong organizational and time management skills and making sure to drive tasks to completion.Last but not least experience directly managing /supervising employees.Applicable studies:
  • Master’s / Postgraduate Degree with Human Resources, Psychology, or Bachelor’s degree with Human Resources, Psychology, Business field of study required.
  • Other Education / Certifications: Project & Change Management, Communication, Training Facilitation
  • A deep understanding of LMS (a high plus)
