Univercells technologies is developing a new generation of biotech equipment (Scale-X and NevoLine) and to move forward with the expansion of our innovative products we are looking for an experienced IT Business Partner.

Based In Nivelles, you will join a collaborative team of passionate change-makers. You will be reporting directly to the Manufacturing Lead.

YOUR MISSION

You will be a key member of the Univercells Technology Manufacturing team. You will act as the pincipal support to the Manufacturing Lead, performing batch reviews, scheduling and reconciliation of manufacturing orders in our ERP system, deviation management, and acting as a backup during the absence of the Lead.

As the Manufacturing Coordinator you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Consolidation, scheduling, and reconciliation of Manufacturing orders in our ERP system (Odoo).
• Review of batch records, overseeing corrections (if necessary) and liasing with Quality.
• Ownership of Deviation, Unexpected Events, and supplier complaints or other quality process (including the impact assessment, root cause analysis and improvement solution implementation) in order to continuously increase the quality of our work.
• Writing /editing of work instructions, standard operating procedures, batch record templates or other work related documents.
• Back-up for the Assembly Lead during their absence.
• Guide and coach a team of operators to achieve goals and expectations in terms of Quality, Quantity, Timing and Training.
• Participate to the different planning meetings and coordinate the weekly organization of the works on the field to ensure a high level of performance.
• Reinforcement for manufacturing of our different products in case of peaks / absences.
• Workshop participation and on-the-field coordination for differents manufacturing related projects (EHS risks, 5S, Improvements).

YOUR SKILLS

Computer skills: basic knowledge / curiosity to perform tasks based on procedures: loading a PLC, installing a PC with an SOP, exporting data etc. Knowledge of Odoo ERP system is a plus.

Documentation skills: ability to write and review structured reports.

Mechanical aspect for all materials: fixing, assembly, cutting, gluing, etc.

Organized: Capable of prioritizing tasks to best achieve targets

Human skills: Follow-up newcomers and to ensure their training.

GMP/GDP: Knowledge of GMP & GDP to ensure quality aspect of all documentation from all personnel inside the cleanroom.

Other notions that will be considered as a plus: 5S, lean manufacturing, Kanban, visual management.

YOUR PROFILE

• Batchelors degree in a technical subject, or high school certificate with relevent experience.
• Precise and rigorous, professionally demanding, you enjoy working with different tools.
• At ease with computer systems and documentation tasks.
• Resourceful, autonomous, well organised.
• Inventive, solution-oriented.
• Human skills, able to foster accoutability and trust among team members.
• Experience in a biotech/pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is a plus.
• At ease in a dynamic, “hands on” environment.
• Required languages: French (fluent); English (working proficiency for reading & writing).
