Vlerick is a school, but it is run as a company, aligned with the high standards we foster in our different programmes. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven new colleague to take up marketing, brand management & business development responsibilitieswithin our Great Place to Work® team.

The job

• Create business development opportunities and serve as a trusted advisor to inform potential clients of the value and opportunities Great Place to Work offers.
• Roll out our brand and communication strategy on all different channels (e.g., the website, social media, print advertisement, press releases, mailings, blog posts, …).
• Generate new leads by understanding our value proposition and bringing that to prospects.
• Support our clients in leveraging the added value of attaining a GPTW certification or award.
• Organize Great Place to Work® events such as our award event, network events, inspiration sessions, weekly info-sessions, etc.
• Be the contact person for our media partner

You

• Are energetic, entrepreneurial, customer-oriented and have a growth mindset.
• Love building a great brand and get energized from reaching targets as a team.
• Are passionate about marketing and have a background that can support you in rolling out marketing campaigns using different channels.
• Are comfortable with managing projects and able to plan in and coordinate multiple projects at once.
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch. Fluency in French is a plus.
• You have a strong believer of the importance of company culture and show interest in the topic of HR
• Like working in team and are flexible to help team members wherever necessary.
• Are able and willing to work on our campus in Leuven at least once a week
