Job Description

As a Marketing and Communication Assistant you will be responsible for following tasks: Analyses, communication and a bit of creation and coordination

  • Analyses on market, sales and consumer trends
  • Product Launches in collab with Product management: Salesmen samples ordering and distribution, pricing, product photography, sales sheets, collateral, ...
  • Coordination of showroom and samples
  • Prepares the monthly reporting package and other reports to support business decisions.
  • Point of contact for local offices
  • Information and preparing presentations for stakeholders
  • support on catalogues, flyers, POS projects, photoshoots, digital content, …
  • General admin support to other departments

The Successful Applicant

For this amazing role as Marketing and communication Assistant we need someone that:


  • Has a Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing/communication and ideal a first work experience
  • A very good knowledge of English, you work International. Any other language is a big plus
  • You are an analytic person with a touch of creativity
  • You are pro active, can work organised and you have eye for detail
  • self-confident, independent, and very well organized.
  • Demonstrate good InDesign, Photoshop skills, and video editing knowledge.
  • You are driven and act like a real ambassador of this company
