And more precisely…
  • Create impactful Social Media posts (LinkedIn, Facebook,..)
  • Be a Marketing ambassador within the company
  • Help increase engagement within the company and with clients
  • Build the content plan and rethink marketing strategies
You are creative, but you also pay attention to details to ensure completeness and accuracy of your tasks

You are flexible, but with commitment to meet deadlines (and of course you have a good methodology to list your to do’s and make your follow up’s)

You show proactivity and you have very good communication skills

You might be studying Marketing, Communication, International Business or Business Administration

And by the way…
  • You are fluent in English but ideally also understand and speak Dutch or French
  • You are comfortable with PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook (Experience with video editing programs is a plus)
The internship:

Please note that this is a min4 monthsinternship startingas of the beginning of 2022.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager Belgium & Luxembourg, you will be involved in marketing and communication tasks. You will work closely with your Manager as one team and she will train, evaluate and support you during your internship.

More concretely:
Communications journeys(to internal and external audiences):

  • Copywriting & editing several newsletters within different industries
  • Managing different webpages
  • Collecting content input within the business to create new fact sheets, white papers, email campaigns, news articles, etc.
  • Collaborate on marketing plans regarding new services & tools from beginning to end
  • Creating new video materials to publish on different channels
  • Campaigns reporting
Virtual & Physical Events:

  • Creation of event landing pages, event registration page, etc.
  • Building and coordinating of mailing list
  • Follows up invitations and registrations
  • Practical commodities: preparing presentations, reporting internal feedback
  • Preparation of brand material for conferences (booth, banners,..)
Promo material:
  • Designs new brand materials & follows up creation
  • Follows up production & distribution
  • Collaboration with different international departments
Others:
  • Support on offering development and innovation ad hoc projects
