ROLE

We are looking for a passionate and driven Marketing and Communications Assistant for one of our beloved clients in the Automotive Sector. If you’re a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and loves all things marketing, this is your chance to shine. You’ll be playing a key role in bringing impactful campaigns to life for clients, working on everything from strategy and execution to event management and partner relations.

Responsibilities

Marketing Campaign Support

• Assist in the planning, development, execution, and monitoring of integrated (360) marketing and communication campaigns.
• Contribute to the creation of compelling advertising materials, working both internally and with external agencies.
• Meticulously proofread and edit marketing assets to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
• Manage campaign timelines and budgets, coordinating with internal teams (sales, product, etc.) to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications, adhering to established brand guidelines.
• Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with our client dealerships, facilitating communication and supporting their marketing efforts. This may include providing marketing materials, answering inquiries, and tracking performance.
  
  

Event Management Support

• Plan and execute a range of events, from conferences and product launches to the Brussels Motor Show and dealer meetings.
• Coordinate event logistics
• Develop and prepare event materials
  
  

Partner Relationship Management

• Support the management of relationships with external agencies, including advertising, media, and PR firms.
• Ensure effective communication and information flow between internal teams and external partners.
  
  

Administrative & Project Support

• Provide administrative support to the marketing team
• Track project progress, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
• Maintain an organized filing system for marketing materials and documents.
  
  

Financial Support

• Assist with budget tracking and reporting.
• Process invoices and expense reports related to marketing/communication activities.
• Support the development of budget proposals for future marketing initiatives.
  
  

PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Perfectly fluent in French & English & Dutch.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for marketing.
