Position Description

The Marketing&Sales assistant PET provides support to the Benelux Companion Animals team:
  • Marketing support:
    • Preparation marketing materials/tools: Promomats, translations, contact agencies, printing, management stocks
    • Organisation mailings
    • Organisation (launch/internal) meetings/congresses BE/NL : logistics, catering, materials, registrations, financial administrion
    • Follow up on personalised services to vets BE/NL (with agencies)
    • Support (Technical) Marketeers
  • Sales Support:
    • Support Head of Sales, Sales Managers, Account Managers (Admin support, follow up sales&stocks actions, logistics)
    • Handling questions/requests via Elanco mailbox / customer service Cork, wholesalers, sponsorships, medical
  • Finance & support:
    • PO creation and follow up invoices & payments
    • Vendor creation
    • Contracts/agreements
Minimum Qualification (education, Experience And/or Training, Required Certifications)
  • Bachelor degree
  • Excellent communication skills in NL, FR, ENG (written and oral)
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Strong organisational and problem solving skills
  • Team-player
  • Customer focused
  • Good interpersonal skills
Additional Preferences
  • SAP knowledge
