Reporting to the Sr Marketing Manager, you will be a main driver of marketing around new and existing product ranges across Europe, through developing and rolling our inspiring campaigns.

You’ll have the freedom to propose fresh creative ideas which touch on all areas of marketing, online and offline. No two days will be the same, as you get stuck into building a brand which appeals to both owners and operators of machinery across various sectors and European countries.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate to define an on-brand marketing strategy for your products with clear objectives and measurable goals
• Work closely with the product team to ensure that machines are launched in the right way and in the right markets
• Write and produce clear and concise briefs for marketing communications, photography, video and CGI to support the key product attributes
• Deliver timely and effective marketing communications across various channels
• Working with external agencies and freelancers
• Lead the development of effective social and web content
• Maintain a keen understanding of the materials handling and construction industry in general, to help you relate to customers and spot sales opportunities

As part of a small, ambitious team, there will be opportunities to support in the ongoing needs of the department as a whole including (but not limited to) events management, internal communications, sales and administrative support, Press & PR coordination, new dealer onboarding.

Have you got what it takes?

As a marketing professional with a wide-ranging brief, we think you’ll need:

• At least 5 years’ experience in B2B marketing communications
• Previous experience of marketing large capital equipment, automotive, off Highway, agricultural equipment is an advantage!
• Experience in managing offline and online channels
• Brand management experience
• Strategy and brief writing
• Great reporting and communication skills, with comfort presenting to key stakeholders
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to deliver to deadlines
• Comprehensive knowledge of how to devise, create and implement campaigns
• Excellent English and in an ideal world, proficient in at least one other European language (French, German or Dutch)
• Ideally, an understanding of the construction industry or passion to learn this, as you will need to be talking knowledgeably about our machines and understand what makes them stand out in a competitive market.

If you are based in Belgium, you’ll be able to split your time between our modern working offices in Tessenderlo and your home office (min 3 days per week in office).

For those in another European country, you’ll be based at home and get to travel monthly, spending around 1 week per month at our European HQ in Tessenderlo, Belgium.
