We’re looking for a solid Marketing Support Specialist who can help us be proactive, organized, innovative, and fun. In this role you’ll assist the marketing team with day-to-day support, create and improve smart tools that help us achieve our goals… and also organize/manage internal and external events. Jumping from an Excel sheet into setting up a hackathon should feel natural to you.

An idea of what you’ll do:

  • Maintain, improve and create marketing dashboards, from Asana to Pardot, so we know what we’re doing and why
  • Execute smart processes so we can all do our work faster, better and more effectively
  • Content management: we’re doing loads of new things, and you’ll make sure that everyone within Chatlayer and Sinch knows where to find the latest and greatest marketing content – and maybe even create some yourself!
  • Daily support: whether we’re gathering info for a customer success story, or analyzing data from a campaign, you’re able to jump in, share your insights and help out where necessary, including great content ideas
  • Events: you are our operations champion of our virtual and in-person events globally. This includes finding great conferences to join, managing the entire external event process, and setting up internal events and user groups.
  • Ad-hoc: we all try to help each other out, regardless of what department we’re in – we are a scale-up after all! So you might be asked to brainstorm about a design, set up a partner meeting, or discuss an approach to an interesting problem to solve.

Who are you?

  • You are an organized person
  • You love to work in a team. We love this too!
  • You’ve finished your higher education or equivalent
  • You’ve got 2-3 years of experience in marketing support
  • You’ve got a great knowledge of the English language, and preferably speak Dutch
  • You’re flexible!
  • You’re preferably located in Belgium (our HQ is in Antwerp). Location in The Netherlands is possible if you’re willing to travel to Antwerp HQ regularly (2 days per week).
