ARHS Developments is looking for a Master Data Expert to support the team in charge of running an ambitious Modernisation and Digital Transformation programme for the European Institutions.

The purpose of the programme is to look at the overall structure and elaborate an architecture taking advantage of innovation through a new management solution, while integrating into the existing corporate architecture. The programme must therefore provide for a transition plan to this future state following a “Best of Suite” approach.

Role & Responsibilities

• Advice in data modelling, Master Data Management (MDM), business process and rules management (BRMS and BPM)
• Contribute to the organizational data strategy, including standards of data quality, the flow of data within the organization, and security of data.
• Identification of internal and external data sources, in cooperation with the business units to determine their data storage and organizational needs
• Identification of standard data sets to be provided by the data platform to various clients
• Assistance to designing data infrastructure to extract and organize data for authorized individuals to access.
• Establish reference data model in relation to the transition to the new HCM platform, perform data mapping and design data migration plans and strategies.
• Participation in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users and the team in charge of the IT systems providing data

Your profile

• Good knowledge of English. Knowledge of French would be considered an asset.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interface effectively with users, technical staff and (senior) management
• Advanced technical writing skills and excellent communication skills (oral and written presentations and reports)
• Proven expertise:
  • In data analysis: extracting critical data elements from business processes, key BI products and data profiling.
  • In designing data models of different levels of complexity and detail: from conceptual data model down to logical and physical data model and from enterprise data models to application specific data models.
  • With complex and sensitive transition and data migration projects involving sensitive data
• Expertise and experience in:
  • Master Data Management implementations
  • Data warehouse and Enterprise Architecture modelling, frameworks, tools such as Business Objects reporting, BODS, QlikSense, QlikView, PowerBI
  • BRMS (Business Rule Management System) and BPM (Business Process Management)
• Experience:
  • With data anonymization techniques and implementation would be considered an asset
  • In the interoperability domain to integrate data from different platforms (Oracle, SAP, other) and of different types (structured, unstructured etc.)
