For our Bruges site in Belgium we are currently looking for a motivated and enthousiastic Material Resource Planning Controller

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Create and manage the logistic flow (for both external and internal parts) in SAP in order to ensure production in a lean way (total cost of ownership) to supply and follow up.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

General
  • Chairing and following up the MRP meeting at the start-up of a project as well as during the entire duration of a project, first of all the settings as well as the optimal flow of the documents and this in consultation with the Purchasing Manager, Project Management,
  • Method manager and logistics manager.
  • Participate in the CCB (Contract Change board) and NCR (Non conformity requests) meetings if necessary.
  • Reporting problems to the various Operational Teams.
  • Managing the KPIs.
  • Optimize operational processes in line with business objectives.
  • Contributing to the objectives in function of lean@cell,Bos.
  • List problem points logistics flow and kanban.
  • After completing a project, manage and monitor the surpluses in consultation with Purchasing and Logistics.
  • Support the warehouse with questions about the supply of the pieces to the workshop.
  • Determine the subcontracting location of the trolleys, the DOL pieces and the position of the kanban racks in close consultation with the method and adapt.
  • Analysis of the Methods Change order (MRP setting) for transmission to the MPS coordinator (BOM push).
  • During an ongoing contract management of the "death stock" (materials without reservations).

Production Planning Module
  • Create, modify, release and close production and repair orders (NCRs).
  • Perform availability check.
  • Follow-up and handling of the error messages (NCR ea).
  • KPI follow-up.

Product Scheduling Module
  • Perform MRP and analysis of the needs (requirements) of the documents.
  • Managing the Production supply areas (PSA).
  • Managing the Kanbancycles (settings).
  • Managing the Material Master of all documents.
  • Follow-up of delivery schedules and pass on to purchasing urgent needs.
  • Managing the forecast of the production documents.
  • Manage and complete kanban process.
  • Manage cross site transfers of articles.
  • Analysis of the reports from the warehouse (Warehouse mangament / Inventory management) quality and Method.
  • Managing inventory quantity in Inventory Management (IM).
  • Analysis of the deficit list at IM level.

QUALIFICATION:
  • Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Engineering or any other technical area
  • Solid level of Excel, good experience with SAP or any other follow up stock program.
  • Good communicator, agile team player, highly responsive and autonomous
  • Fluent English and Dutch are a must have. French is a great plus.
