Device Assembly Operator – Beerse, Belgium

Location: Beerse, Belgium (On-site)

About the Role:

We are seeking a Device Assembly Operator to support R&D activities for innovative combination products. This is a hands-on role in a controlled laboratory environment, contributing to device development and assembly that accelerates product timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble devices for R&D purposes in a controlled lab environment
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
  • Operate and set up equipment such as balances, manual tooling, sealers, glue dispensers, tube cutters, and thermal bonding units
  • Support primary container and closure system development and testing
  • Perform inventory tasks: goods receipt, goods issue, stock checks
  • Maintain accurate production records and adhere to safety and quality protocols
  • Assist with training and onboarding of new operators
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within assembly operations

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in device assembly or similar technical roles
  • Familiarity with SOPs, GDP, and controlled lab environments
  • Ability to work with manual and semi-automated equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
