Discover how our value and unique position will make you choose Schneider Electric as (future) employer!For our Global Field Services division, we are looking for a “Method Engineer” who will be located in Uccle, Belgium.Your meaningful purposeAs part of GFS’s internal transformation plan (PAVE), the "Services Excellence" team is looking for a "Method Engineer" to write operational procedures for the various teams (Sales, Tendering, Planning, Operations, Project Management, Order Management, Services Excellence, etc.).In order to support the deployment of operational procedures, you define the training program, develop training materials and provide training to the colleagues concerned.By integrating feedback, you propose improvements to procedures and processes.In collaboration with team members, you help to define KPIs to monitor the proper execution of procedures.Your Daily Task And Responsibilities
  • You establish the schedule for drafting and updating operational procedures.
  • You write operational procedures and ensure that they are updated.
  • You develop and maintain knowledge of the tools used in operational processes.
  • You identify the documents and information necessary for the proper functioning of the processes and establish the necessary checklists.
  • You establish a tree structure of operational procedures allowing easy research and access to it.
  • You integrate the feedback as well as the comments and suggestions made by the users of the procedures.
  • You develop training materials allowing the learning of procedures and their updating.
  • You organize training sessions and give them in collaboration with your colleagues.

  • University graduate or equivalent by experience
  • You speak French and Dutch (or be ready to learn the 2nd language), with a good command of English.
  • You have excellent writing skills in French and/or Dutch.
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of SAP and Salesforce.
  • Ideally, you have experience in maintenance activities.
  • Ideally, you have experience in implementing a training plan.
