Job Description
We are looking for Business Analyst to work on-site for one of the projects of the European Union.
Qualifications
Good knowledge of information systems matters.- Experience in large organisation administrative business environments.
- Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.).
- Good knowledge of BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value.
- Good knowledge of Wiki and collaborative sites.
- Good understanding of JSON data structure.
- Good knowledge of Agile methodology.
- Good understanding of software development life cycle.
- Experience in using Jira.
- Good general understanding of SOA, web services (REST, SOAP), NOSQL, asynchronous processing, Event Driven Architecture.
- Rapid self-starting capability.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis.
- Capability to speak to business and technical audiences.
- Strong capacity to give high-level presentations.
- Excellent critical thinker, by using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
Specific expertise:
o At least 3 years of experience in analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.).
o At least 3 years of experience in BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value.
o At least 3 years of experience in Agile.
o At least 3 years of experience in Agile toolbox (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, BigPicture, Balsamiq, etc).
o At least 2 years of experience in Wiki and collaborative tools
