Role: MIS Implementation specialist

Location: Bruges

This company that provides Management Information Systems (MIS) and focuses on streamlining and automating various business and production processes in their domain.

Being at the center of every implementation, you’ll bridge the contact between customer challenges and their MIS solution.

Responsibilities

  • Implement software at customer sites, remote workshops and training.
  • Deliver high quality customer support and generate customer satisfaction.
  • Work with product management, support, and other teams across all departments to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal administration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Masters degree in Business, Management, IT or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in software implementation or similar roles.
  • Genuine interest in MIS/ERP systems.
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking skills.
  • Good interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Fluent in English
