Axalta operates its business in two operating segments: Performance Coatings and Transportation Coatings, serving four end markets, including: Refinish, Industrial, Light Vehicle and Commercial Vehicle, across the following four regions: North America, EMEA, Latin America and Asia-Pacific.

Responsibilities
  • Conceive, implement and foster aligned and integrated Loyalty and Commercial Networks Strategy in Belgium
  • Conceive, implement and foster aligned and integrated Work Provision Commercial Network Strategy in Belgium Represent the Belgian
  • Commercial Networks at work providers, including but not limited to insurance companies, Corporate Fleets, Leasing companies
  • Work towards EMEA aligned and consistent branding & identity of Axalta’s Loyalty, Commercial and Franchised Repair Networks
A strong and shared Refinish Network Strategy (loyalty, commercial, work provision) will further position Axalta as an industry business partner and help drive customer retention and topline growth.
  • This position consists of a unique combination of development of a new strategy for networks (loyalty, commercial, work provision) project management and bodyshop support
  • Grow existing Networks and modify other Networks based on customer needs and market requirements; share experiences and expertise with other countries.
  • Escalate needs and support development for Account Management Strategy (Performance Management) to provide and improve Axalta’s value added Services and Performance Management
  • Operate locally, but be a motivated contributor in the central EMEA Network team. Cooperating in the region with externals and with all local/central functions such as Sales, Marketing, Technical, etc.
Qualifications
  • Marketing and/or management degree
  • Minimum of 10 years in sales & marketing, bodyshop network management or similar
  • Excellent understanding of network & work provision marketplace
  • Excellent understanding of Bodyshop repair processes and best practices
  • Language: bilingual Dutch/French and English mandatory
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Creative thinking
  • Technical background
  • Leadership experience
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills
  • Able to present and speak in public in a clear and confident manner
