  • You have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role at a Freight Forwarder.
  • You have completed at least a professional level education in the field of logistics
  • Knowledge of customs is a must; a “declarant” degree is highly recommended.
  • Proactive, analytical, solution-oriented, thinking in challenges.
  • You are very commercially minded and service-oriented work is your second nature;
  • Excellent communication and commercial skills.
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English, both orally and in writing.
  • You are a handy user of MS Office applications especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience with CargoWise is a plus.
Brief of duties
  • Coordination of the import shipments of our customers in the field of sea freight in accordance with the applicable guidelines and the wishes of our customers.
  • Handling our customers import shipment from A to Z, including invoicing and customs.
  • Ensure a correct, neat, timely and complete administration in our systems.
  • Maintain close contacts with customers, shipping companies, transporters and agents, as well as with your colleagues from different departments within our (international) organization.
