What type of breed are we looking for? ????
As our Office Manager, you will be the mastermind behind the day-to-day operations of our Kortrijk office and warehouse, as well as the backbone of our six other European offices, overseeing a total of 200 people. You will ensure that our offices run like clockwork and that our company culture is thriving.
You will be the central point of contact for external vendors, building management and office operations, ensuring that our offices run smoothly and efficiently.
But that’s not all - you will also have the exciting responsibility of planning and executing local and global events that will bring our employees together and promote our brand. From epic team-building activities to unforgettable trade fairs, you will be the driving force behind our company’s success.
And let’s not forget about the people. You will work hand-in-hand with our People team to make sure that our colleagues feel valued, supported, and engaged. You will be the champion of our office’s culture, constantly looking for new and creative ways to make our workspace an exciting and inspiring place to be.

What will be in your bowl? ????
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our Kortrijk office, including office maintenance, supplies, and equipment.
- Help shape the experience across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding, managing personal events (birth, anniversary), to making sure it’s a great place for our people (and visitors).
- Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, such as team building activities and trade shows.
- Provide administrative support as needed (Founders and team), such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars and booking in invoices.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for employees upon request.
- Manage internal communication.
- Manage ad-hoc projects.
- Draw up and update administrative procedures in consultation with management to ensure that you document & contribute towards the development and the continuous improvement of administrative tools, methods and working procedures.
What skills & tricks should you bring? ????
- 5+ years of experience in event management and/or office management.
- You have experience managing stakeholders and vendors.
- You are fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
- You have strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- You are a problem solver, willing to look at processes from outside the box and constantly looking for ways to innovate and streamline processes as we scale.
- Being detail-oriented is a huge plus, too! – your perfectionism won’t annoy us, on the contrary!
- You have excellent budget management skills with the ability to stay within budget.
- Must be available for full-time, in-office presence.
- You have a passion for pets.
