Our client is an international company located in Grimbergen. They are active in the pharmaceutical sector. You will join a dynamic team and assist the General Management as well as the management team.

Job Description

As Office Manager & Management Assistant you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the General Manager and the management team
  • Agenda & travel management
  • Organisation of internal/external events & meetings
  • Office management (facility, office furniture, events...)
  • Invoicing

The Successful Applicant

  • You have an excellent level in English & good level of Dutch
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • You are proactive, organised and positive-minded
  • You can handle confidential information and you are reliable
