We are currently looking for a new On-Site Support Engineer (Teams Meeting Room) for our team of IT support engineers in the larger Brussels region. Are you that one-of-a-kind support engineer who does not shy away from a challenging, but fulfilling assignment? Then do read on!

As an On-Site Support Engineer your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing support for the meeting room operations of our client
  • Combining on-site support with remote help for other adjacent clients
  • Being involved in general admin support and training along with your colleagues of the support team
  • Ensuring a quality support experience by employing a customer orients approach at all times
  • Facilitating smooth hybrid or remote meetings by thinking outside the box when needed

Have you got what it takes?
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
  • You have at least 1 year of (on-site) IT support experience
  • Knowledge or affinity with the technical aspects of meeting rooms and Microsoft Teams are a plus
  • Your friends or family describe you as a communicative, social and confident team player
  • You can come up with effective solutions, whether they are technical or practical in nature
  • You don’t minding going to the office on a daily basis
